Affiliate Program
Terms and Conditions
This is a contract between you (the “Affiliate”) and us (“Lissy Abrahams”). It describes how we will work together and other aspects of our business relationship.
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Lissy Abrahams Affiliate Program (the "program") you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.
Definitions:
- Agreement - the contract between you and Lissy Abrahams when signing up to become an affiliate and joining the program
- Affiliate Program - The affiliate program as set out on the website and is bound by this Agreement
- Affiliate - you, the party who agrees to the terms of this agreement
- Link - a HTML link that the Affiliate will receive to link the Affiliate's website to the
- Site Code - a code that the Affiliate may request to receive in addition to, or instead of, a link, to enable the tracking of referrals and conversions
- Site - Lissy Abrahams’ website, www.lissyabrahams.com
The Agreement:
- An Affiliate is to provide their full legal name, e-mail address, PayPal account, and any other requested information truthfully to create an Affiliate account.
- Affiliates that use links must provide a valid PayPal address that will be used to receive commission payments. Affiliates that use codes will be required to provide an invoice to receive a payment.
- Lissy Abrahams reserves the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice.
- Any changes to the Affiliate Program shall be subject to these terms.
- The Affiliate Program shall not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
Violation of these terms and conditions may result in suspension of your rights to be an Affiliate and result in lost commissions and/or removal from the Program.
Modification of Lissy Abrahams affiliate program terms and conditions:
Lissy Abrahams reserves the right to modify and change the terms of the agreement at any time. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to check back on the terms occasionally. In the event that the Affiliate does not accept any changes, the option for the Affiliate is to terminate their enrolment in the program.
Affiliate Account:
To enter the Lissy Abrahams Affiliate Program, the Affiliate is required to create an account on the hosting platform, Kajabi, with an email address and password. Through this account, the Affiliate is provided with a unique link for each of Lissy Abrahams’ products that enables the Affiliate to track and view their sales on their own personal dashboard. Affiliates that use a unique code instead of a link to track their orders will not be able to view their sales via this dashboard; Affiliates using a code may instead request a report that shows sales conversion information.
Accepted methods of advertising:
- Affiliates are permitted to use resources such as links, discount codes, any related banners, and/or text advertisements provided by the Lissy Abrahams Affiliate Program.
- Affiliates are not permitted to promote any Lissy Abrahams program-related discounts and coupon codes that are found in customer newsletters, the Lissy Abrahams website, other third-party websites, and from any source other than directly from the Lissy Abrahams Affiliate Program.
- The promotion should include the offer, discount code and/or link provided by the Lissy Abrahams Affiliate Program and expiration date.
- Affiliates must remove invalid or expired codes and banners.
- Affiliate coupon codes and links are not permitted to be promoted on third-party websites such as coupon databases.
- Affiliates are permitted to promote their code and link on their own social media accounts only. Affiliates are not permitted to share this information on any Lissy Abrahams social pages.
- It is strictly forbidden to use Lissy Abrahams’ trademark along with your affiliate link on any paid advertising channels.
- Sales that have been generated from improper promotion will result in loss of commission.
- Lissy Abrahams reserves the right to take legal action against any Affiliate that commits fraud.
- From time to time, affiliate codes may be changed. Affiliates will be contacted with their new code and all old codes must be removed and replaced with the new code.
Copyrighted material:
The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that product descriptions and images comply with all applicable copyright, trademark, data protection, any intellectual property right, or any other applicable law. Lissy Abrahams will not be responsible if an Affiliate uses another party's copyrighted material in violation of the law.
Payments:
- Affiliates receive a commission for sending authorized sales via unique links provided by the Lissy Abrahams Program. To receive a commission, the referred customer is required to complete their purchase by clicking through the Affiliate’s link within 30 days of the initial click-through.
- Affiliates will receive their first payout when they have reached a minimum $1,000.00 USD in commissions.
- The commission is based only on the price of the product purchased, whether on recommended retail price or sale price.
- Payments will be made monthly at the end of every month. Any commissions earned after the 25th of the month will be paid the following month.
- Payout rates may change. Affiliates will be notified if payout rates were to change.
- It is the Affiliate's responsibility to ensure their link is still trackable (i.e. ‘working’ and connected to the relevant product page).
- As the commission is paid only on links that can be tracked and reported by the Affiliate Program systems, the referred customer must have cookies enabled to track the referral.
- Refunded payments are excluded from receiving a commission payment.
- Payments may be revoked in the circumstance that a code is leaked on third-party websites. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure their code is not being exploited outside of their own personal channels.
Lissy Abrahams Obligations:
Lissy Abrahams agrees to agree to the following obligations:
- Providing the Affiliate with promotional material and resources, such as links, coupon codes, banners, and any other graphic materials.
- Processing all orders for Lissy Abrahams products placed by the Affiliate's link.
- Tracking the sales generated through the Affiliate’s link.
- Lissy Abrahams will provide payment processing, cancellations, returns, and other related customer support for the referred customer's order.
Affiliate Obligations:
- Affiliates are recommended to post a piece of unique and original content on their marketing platform at least once a week for the first three months after signing up.
- Content can include the following items: Instagram feed posts, Instagram TV post, Facebook post, YouTube video or post, TikTok post, blog post, podcast feature, and any other content approved by Lissy Abrahams.
- Social media content should tag Lissy Abrahams’ official social media pages, in addition to any hashtags that have been agreed with Lissy Abrahams as part of any special marketing campaigns. YouTube and blog content must link back to the Lissy Abrahams website (www.lissyabrahams.com).
- Affiliates can be removed due to partnership inactivity and/or inappropriate content relating to Lissy Abrahams’ brand or programs.
The License:
- Lissy Abrahams grants to the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Lissy Abrahams site through the link in accordance with the terms of this agreement and in connection with the promotional materials provided and authorized by Lissy Abrahams.
- Lissy Abrahams is permitted to use Affiliate content on social media, website, and ads. Credit will always be given accordingly.
- Affiliates are not allowed to modify or change materials provided by Lissy Abrahams in any way.
- Both parties agree to not use each other's materials in any manner that is misleading, disparaging, or defaming in any way.
- Inappropriate use of the provided promotional material may be cause for immediate termination of the agreement.
Liability:
Lissy Abrahams will not be liable to the Affiliate for any defects in the service, interruptions in the accessibility to the service, loss of data on the information handling system or viruses, loss of profits, loss caused by any third party deleting, removing, deactivating or tampering with the Affiliate tracking service or other consequential loss whether arising from neglect or breach of contract.
Termination:
The term of the agreement starts upon Lissy Abrahams Affiliate Program acceptance of Affiliate's application and can be terminated by either party. Affiliation can be ended with or without cause at any time, by giving the other party notice of termination in the form of an e-mail. Upon the termination of the agreement, the Affiliate will remove all links to the Lissy Abrahams website, as well as all banners and graphic images provided under the Program.
